Cast iron cooking rings

The cast iron cooking ring is ideal for flat cooking similar to the traditional cooking technique on the “billig” or crepe maker. The cooking rings measure from Ø1600 mm to Ø3800 mm, their width is 30 mm for good inertia. The ring is oiled constantly with a fat drip by drip depositor, which is then spread rotationally, in a movement similar to traditional spreading.
The ring is fitted with an automatic spreading system to make thin products or with a depositor to make thicker products.
The ring can be heated either with gas (gas burners under the plate) or electricity (with heating elements inside the plate).
