Stacking
SDTN-KREPELEK manufactures automatic solutions for stacking crêpes.
The stacker is fitted with a detection device, a vacuum chamber which sucks up the products on the entry belt and then deposits them on the conveyor one by one. The number of products per pile can be adjusted using the touch screen and a number of recipes can be recorded on the PLC.
The stacker can be fitted with several lanes depending on your requirements. The maximum output per lane, depending on the products, is 4,500 products/hour.
