Cooking line for feuilletine
SDTN-KREPELEK manufactures baking solutions for the production of feuilletine, also known as crêpe biscuits.
With the Ø570 to Ø1600 mm cooking drum, a strip of batter can be made and cooked on 1 or 2 sides. This strip of batter is then crushed into crispy crêpe flakes.
