Automatic spreading

The electronic automatic spreading system deposits the batter uniformly on the ring resulting in a cooking process similar to traditional “billig” crêpe maker cooking. It is fitted with a spreader: V-shaped tray, with adjustment lips, one of which is for cooling, and guides that open and close pouring the batter onto the hotplate.
The diameter of the product can be adjusted from Ø100 mm to Ø400 mm, as well as its weight and the cooking time. The diameter and cooking time can be changed on the touch screen. The weight and thickness settings can also be adjusted.
The appearance of the final product will depend on the roughness of the hotplate and the fat applied.
