Depositor

The batter is deposited pneumatically (with servo-drive on request) through perforated plates for crêpes and blinis and through special nozzles for pancakes. These accessories are hygienically designed.
The depositor is single or multi-laned (1 to 8 lanes). It is fitted with fixed or mobile nozzles to optimize the output and product regularity.
The end look of the product depends on the roughness of the plate and the seasoning.
Product weight, diameters and cooking time can be adjusted (from Ø30 mm to Ø240 mm, from 8g to over 100g).
