Spring rolls

Traditionally, spring rolls are a festive food in Vietnam. Popular at the old imperial court, they are commonly known as imperial pastries or imperial rolls in France, spring rolls in Québec and fried spring roll, spring roll or Vietnamese roll in English-speaking countries and Hong Kong. They can be made from traditional rice paper. There are also varieties made using a wheat flour galette.
